Tac Unity
I love Brian Sum design language so I decided to make one of his concepts into a game character. In my mind this character is a E.V.A. master much like the ones on "Artemis" by Andy Weir. This vision informed all of the designs that I had to fill like the character back and lower legs. All the details are astronaut inspired, his is backpack is a re-breather and his suite is full of micro meteorite impact marks from working on low atmospheric environments. In my mind the scene shows the moment before the rendezvous after his final mission.
For this one I made a zbrush sketch, simulated the cloth in marvelous, did re-topology in 3Ds max, baked normals in marmoset, painted textures in substance and did the final render in unreal.
